Introduction to Solana Stable Pool

The stable pool is a concentrated liquidity pool launched by Raydium, also known as the CLMM pool. The characteristics of this liquidity pool are as follows: it can keep the price of tokens stable within a certain range, so it is called the stable pool.

Benefits of Solana's stable pool

For many RAW projects, the stability of token prices is conducive to the operation of physical projects. By creating a stability pool, it can ensure that tokens are not affected by MEV arbitrage robots, which is crucial for the long - term development of the project. In addition, creating a stability pool requires only a small fee, which greatly reduces the threshold and cost for users.

❓FAQ

Q: What is Raydium CLMM?

A: It requires manually selecting a price range to provide liquidity. Funds only operate within the specified range, featuring higher capital efficiency and greater fee income. The received LP-NFT (Non-Fungible Token) represents your position. GTokenTool has greatly simplified Raydium CLMM: no need to manually choose a price range, only fill in the initial price and token quantity, and single-token pool addition is supported.

Q: Does CLMM support Token-2022?

A:Not supported. It is only compatible with traditional SPL tokens. You must choose CPMM if you need to use Token-2022.

Q: Is a Market ID required to create a CLMM pool?

A: Not required. You can directly create a trading pair pool without an OpenBook/Serum market ID.

Q: Can the set initial price be modified later?

A: No. The initial price is permanently locked on-chain. You have to recreate the pool if the price is set incorrectly.

Q: Is partial liquidity removal allowed?

A: Yes. Proportional partial redemption is supported, with no need to withdraw all liquidity.
